Evoplay lists classic Penalty Shoot Out as an HTML5 game for desktop and mobile, with portrait support for an upright phone display. The published specifications don't establish a separate native app or a minimum operating-system version. Play through your browser without assuming every device is compatible.
You can use virtual credits in the homepage demo to learn the controls on your phone without placing a cash wager. The instructions here cover the classic release.
Use touch controls
Tap a marked target on the goal to aim manually, or use Random to let the game choose. The classic rules give every position equal chances. Accurate tapping helps you select the intended area without improving the probability of scoring.
After a goal, Collect takes your current winnings and ends the round. Another attempt leaves the accumulated award exposed to a losing shot. Keep the target-selection control separate from the action you use to finish.
Your selected stake covers up to five shots and remains fixed until that round finishes. Read the amount during setup while you can still change it. Turning the phone or opening a display option isn't a way to adjust an active wager.
Keep controls readable
If the stake or available action is difficult to read in your browser, resolve the display problem before starting. Portrait support doesn't guarantee that every control will be clear at your chosen zoom level.
Sidebar opens the options panel for fullscreen view, Rules and History. Use Settings to adjust the sound. Find the controls by their labels because their positions may vary with your display.
Handle a failed launch
A game that never reaches setup needs a different response from one that disappears after you've committed a stake. For a loading problem before play, note whether the surrounding page opens and whether an error appears. Check your connection before trying to load it again.
If you ask for technical help, give the exact game title with your browser and device details. Include the message you saw. Published HTML5 support doesn't identify the cause of a blank frame, so avoid assuming that an app installation would fix it.
For a compatibility question, include the browser version in your report. The published specifications don't list the supported versions, so that detail can help support investigate your setup.
Find an interrupted result
If the display stops after a wager has begun, don't treat the frozen picture as a result. Classic's English interface has connection messages, including a lost-connection prompt to reload the game. Following a displayed instruction doesn't itself establish whether your round will resume or how it has settled.
When you can access History, look for the relevant date and round ID alongside the stake, action and profit. An entry may take time to appear, so an immediate gap doesn't prove that nothing happened.
For an unresolved cash wager, retain those details for the casino's support team. Describe which action you selected before the interruption. Keep a screenshot of an error if you have one, without treating it as confirmation of a payout.
